Strategic Partnership with the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation

We are pleased to announce the launch of a comprehensive Vocational Education andTraining initiative, undertaken in strategic partnership with the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Work, in alignment with the UAE’sYear of Community 2025. The initiative follows the formal signing of a Strategic Partnership Agreement at Ali & Sons Holding between Mr Shamis Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, Group Managing Director of Ali & Sons Holding, and MrMohamed Haji Al Khouri, General Manager of the Foundation.

The agreement establishes a collaborative framework under Al Massar to deliver high-quality vocational education and training programmes designed to support the development of Emirati national talent. The initiative focuses on fostering knowledge, practical skills, and long-term empowerment within the community.

The partnership aims to:

 

·     Establish a structured and strategic framework for collaboration invocational education and training aligned with national priorities.

·     Develop and implement world-class educational and training programmes in accordance with international best practices and recognised standards.

·     Enhance the capabilities of Emirati nationals by equipping them with advanced professional skills and future-ready competencies that support sustainable career pathways.
