The project has been awarded LEED Platinum Certification, the top tier under the Green Building Rating System, as well as 4 Pearls under the Esticama Pearl Building Rating System forConstruction-the highest rating attainable in both frameworks.

This dual recognition marks a significant milestone in sustainability and environmental leadership, positioning the project as the first ASC development-and one of the few buildings regionally and globally-to achieve the highest levels of both international and regional sustainability standards.
