Marking Progress: Sixth Shipment Load-Out for Hail & Ghasha

We are pleased to share a significant milestone achieved on the Hail and Ghasha Development Project – Package 1 Offshore Facilities.

On 20 April 2026, the project team successfully completed the load-out of the sixth shipment, one of the most critical and heaviest deliveries to date, with a total weight of 3,000 tonnes.

Ali & Sons Contracting Secures Moonstone Residential Development Project

The Moonstone Project, a B+G+M+16 Storey Residential Complex, will be developed at Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, for M/s Durar F5 FZ LLC. The project comprises a total built-up area of 62,897 square metres and will be delivered over a duration of 730 calendar days from the commencement date under a cost plus contract arrangement.

ASMEF SABER-1 Delivers Operational Success Across UAE Key Ports

In January 2026, SABER-1 completed its first load-out and float-off operation for the Jack-up Barge Vahana Arjun at Ras Al Khaimah Maritime City for Eversendai. The vessel owners commended the operation as one of the safest and smoothest they had experienced and formally recognised ASMEF with an award for its successful execution.
