Ali & Sons Contracting Secures New Residential Project in Al Marjan Islands

It is with great pride to announce that M/s Durar Bay FZ LLC has entrusted Ali & Sons Contracting with the Main Works for B+G+1 PodiumParking + Recreation Floor + 12 Storey Residential Complex located at Al Marjan Islands, Ras Al Khaimah.

The project features a modern residential development with podium parking, a dedicated recreation floor, and twelve residential levels, spanning a total built-up area of 67,857 m?. It will be executed over 24 months from the Commencement Date under a Cost Plus Contract.

This achievement reinforces the confidence our clients continue to place in us and stands as a testament to the commitment, expertise, and collaboration of our teams across all functions.
