Celebrating Emirati Women’s Day: Honouring Talent, Unity, and Empowerment

On 27 August, we gathered at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi to celebrate Emirati Women's Day Event, a day of pride, inspiration, and gratitude. This year, our celebration carried even greater significance as it is aligned with "Al Massar", our collective journey of ambition and excellence.

We were honoured to have our Executive Committee with us on this special

occasion, and enriched by the inspiring words of Ms. Shamsa Al Dhaheri,whose speech highlighted the importance of Emirati talent and the vital role of women in shaping our future. We were also proud to welcome Dra. Suaad Al Shamsi, an esteemed influencer, whose empowering address resonated strongly with our Emirati employees and reinforced our shared vision of growth and leadership.

This event not only highlighted the achievements of Emirati women withinAli & Sons and beyond, but also celebrated the spirit of unity and empowerment that defines our Group. Together, we reaffirmed that Al Massar is more than a campaign - it is a journey we undertake collectively.
