Ali& Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) was established in 2009 to support the marine and oil & gas industries in the United Arab Emirates.Strategically located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, ASMEF operates one of the largest marine engineering facilities in the country, featuring a 280,000 square metre yard and a 545-metre waterfront.

The facility’s proximity to the Abu Dhabi oil fields provides a significant strategic advantage, enabling efficient access to both onshore and offshore operations. Its location near key UAE borders further allows Ali & Sons to effectively serve local, regional, and international markets, supporting a wide range of marine and offshore projects.
