Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory LLC

Chairman of Ali & Sons Industrial Projects (ASIP) and Managing Director of Ali & Sons (A&S), Mr. Shamis Al Dhaheri, has set up Ali & Sons Marine Engineering (ASME).
To execute his vision of setting up a world-class shipyard and an oil & gas fabrication facility to be a major EPC contractor within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Mr. Rajeev Vohra has been appointed as General Manager for the facility.

This new fabrication, construction, ship repair and shipbuilding facility located in industrial city of Abu Dhabi Phase II mussafah, spread over a land area of over 280000sqm having a water front of over 400m is being developed to cater for the marine and oil & gas jobs.
The facility will have dedicated machine shop, electrical motor /generator rewinding and repair shop, valve repair shop, automated blasting and priming shop. Berthing quays of over 200m load out (15 t/sqm), jetty of 50m, floating drydock of 2000T capacity 100m in length.

Each of the above subdivisions will operate as independent profit center and will be headed by divisional managers/project managers.
