Established in November 2005, Hily Food Manufacturing Co. S.A.E. (Société Anonyme Egyptienne) is a member of Ali & Sons Group. It is a shareholding company according to Egyptian Law 95 of 1992 and Law 8 of 1997.

The Company’s authorized capital amounts to LE 50 Millions, and issued and paid up capital to LE 5 Million divided over 50,000 common shares of par value of LE 100 each.

Company's Activities.

Our factory is capable of extracting olive oil and packing the products ranging from a wide variety of premium olives and agricultural products of highest quality.

Olive Oil & Pickles.

We produce the highest quality olive oil, table olive & other pickles. Raw materials are constantly monitored during the production process and after it so that quality of the product is as desired. For selection, only the freshest and healthiest elements qualify for the production. Our products bring health and well being because they are free of artificial preservatives and hydrogenated fats.
