• VW Workshop & Showroom in Mussafah: This 17,000 square meters facility includes a large workshop for mechanical and body shop repairs, spare parts storage and a new showroom.
  
  
• New Porsche Showroom & Service Centre in Mussafa: This 15,000 square meters facility includes a large workshop, spare parts storage and a new showroom, a multistory parking for storing brand new cars.
  
  
• New Twin Office Building on plots 14 & 18 in Rawdhat Abu Dhabi, with a total of 100,000 square meters, consists of 3 Basement Parking, Ground, two Mezzanine parking and 12 typical office space.
  
  
• New Ali & Sons Headquarter in Mussafah, with area of 40,000 square meters consists of Basement, Ground, Mezzanine and 5 typical office floors.

Optima Engineering Consultancy & Project Management newly joined with Arabian Architecture in late 2007

Established in 2000 under the name of Arabian Architecture. The corporate is registered in Cairo - Egypt. AA provides the clients with the best Architectural, Planning and Interior Designs. Bringing together diverse groups of professionals from various fields all interested in studying and working on issues of the built environment.

AA develop new designs and structural techniques to improve the quality, safety, and attractiveness of the buildings and settings in which we live, work and play. The scope of the architectural work is very broad. AA often works with urban and interior designers, structural engineers, landscape architects and members of other professions to incorporate their efforts into the total building project.

AA considers the organization nature as a project organization. AA characterizes projects by the number of employees needed to perform the tasks, or workload, and the number of tasks that are fundamentally different in nature.
