Ali & Sons Oilfield Supplies & Services (ASOSS) was the first division to be established within Ali & Sons. Over the past 27 years, it has earned its reputation for being a leading supplier and service provider of offshore, onshore, and oil and gas installation equipment.

The Abu Dhabi National Foodstuff Company (Foodco) was established in 1979 to satisfy the basic, yet most important needs, of consumers. Over the years, the company has managed to add a wide variety of products and brands to its already existing line of products. It has also become involved in packaging activities.

Ali & Sons Contracting Company, previously known as Al Sahel Contracting Company, launched its business in 1979. The company is divided into two main divisions: Contracting and Interior.

Motor Division was launched in 1987, making Ali & Sons the sole agent in Abu Dhabi for three of the world's best automobile marques: Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen.

White Corner was established in 1996 to bring Frette, one of the world's leading brands of bed linen, to the discerning homemakers in the UAE. Today, this Italian brand enjoys great popularity and symbolizes luxury and comfort. White Corner now has two showrooms across the UAE.

Trans Middle East Computer Systems was incorporated in Abu Dhabi as the hi-tech offspring of the Ali & Sons Group. TMC is now widely recognized as a leading solution provider for IT and e-technology industries.

A member of the Ali & Sons Group of Companies, Amwaj was established in Abu Dhabi to attract connoisseurs of exquisite jewelry to its two exclusive boutiques located in prime location in Abu Dhabi.

A well-organized car rental service agency, EuroStar operates the largest fleet of German cars in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The range includes the most economical up to the most luxurious. The fleet of EuroStar cars comprises renowned brands like Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen.

Publinet was established to come up with creative solutions for virtually any product or service, including corporate identity. The company operates as a fully functional through-the-line communication services agency.

With project management services assuming greater importance in the UAE, Optima Engineering Consultancy & Project Management was set up to handle major projects and ensure successful delivery of their projects within the allocated timeframe and budget.

MaxRock was established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi with the objective of manufacturing and supplying high quality crushed stones, screened stones and washed sand. MaxRock currently owns and operates three crusher plants.

Based on its comprehensive investment strategy, Ali & Sons established a shareholding company in Cairo, Egypt, named Hily Food Company. The principal activities of the Company are related to olive based products.
