Ali & Sons Company LLC, which was established in 1979, began
its meteoric rise by providing quality services to the oil and gas
industry. However, this was only the beginning. Under the dynamic
leadership of His Excellency Ali Bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhahry,
Chairman of the Group, Ali & Sons diversified its activities
and operations by establishing new businesses within several sectors

Sector, Commercial, Oil & Gas, Retailing, Contracting, Property
Management, Manufacturing, Information Technology and Merchant Banking.
Ali & Sons Group manages the operations of 19 subsidiaries
and associate companies in more than nine business sectors. The
Group's name has become associated with some of the most prestigious
brands in the world, such as Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Sulzer,
to name a few. Some of the Group's own brands have also gained significant
market share by building on the Group's strength and quality of
products and services. These brands include Amwaj Jewelry, Sidra
Village, Eurostar Rent-a-Car among others.
