Born from a lineage of nobleman Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhahry in 1944, His Excellency Ali Bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhahry proves to be a "dignified, diplomatic and mighty noble survivor of life". He had seen life’s ups and down. Been to different trials, crisis and loops of life, but like a mighty warrior, he will always conquer things diplomatically.

The Chairman of Ali & Sons Group, His Excellency Ali Bin Khalfan, is the owner, founder and inspiration behind Ali & Sons Company LLC which he established on the year 1979. Through his effort, will power, dedication and determination, the company expanded its activities and operation by establishing new businesses within various sectors locally and abroad.

Considered to be the Mover & Shaker of Business and Government sector in UAE, His Excellency Ali Bin Khalfan had been involved in holding various position in the industry which proven that his leadership and dedication is incomparable and undeniably remarkable. He had received many citation, commendation and merits abroad in countries such as Tunisia, Egypt, Morocco and Lebanon. He also received various recognition locally and his achievements are par excellence.

Mr. Ahmed Bin Ali Al Dhahry is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Ali & Sons. Gifted with a talent for sound judgment in investments, he has proven his mettle through a decade-long uninterrupted track record of successful investments.

Mr. Al Dhahry is passionate about sailing. This passion for sailing is seen in his sense of direction, watchfulness for rough times and weathering them.

Mr. Al Dhahry has a reputation for making sound decisions in the corporate world. In a very short period of time, his extraordinary endeavors have earned him prestigious awards including those bestowed by the late President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nayhan and the late ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Rashed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

Awarded as the 'Young Business Person of the Year' at the Arabian Business Achievement Awards 2008, Mr. Al Dhahry has always been an extraordinary achiever.

Mr. Al Dhahry is also the winner of the Ernst & Young trophy for outstanding achievement in the fields of accounting.

Mr. Shamis Al Dhaheri or simply “Mr. Shamis or Engr. Shamis” to the corporate world and colleagues; had proven himself to be a true-blooded economic booster of UAE, having been commended and awarded with the Certificate of Achievement by His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoums for his contribution in the development of some income-generating establishment and businesses across the UAE.

Up to this day, he’s a valued and respected member of Institute of Civil Engineers (ICI) and Certified in Project Management by the American Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mr. Joseph Kourieh is the Administration and Human Resources Director of Ali & Sons Group. He studied at the Law Faculty in Damascus University, Syrian Arab Republic, where he graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Law. A well educated and visionary Director with sound management skills and sharp business acumen, Mr. Kourieh has a proven consistent track record of successful achievements while managing Group operations.

Mr. Kourieh has a wealth of solid experience consisting of more than 23 years with the Group, besides other senior positions at major companies in Syria. He has extensive experience in Law, Management and Human Resources.
